working with every client in a very comprehensive manner, providing the
essential physical training and workouts through Bodyworx Fit Camps while also
guiding positive lifestyle changes in nutrition that will continue to fuel the
body for fitness while also realize weight loss, muscle gains, and increased
energy.
To do this, Bodyworx Fit currently provides unlimited access to three locations
and times for community members to get out and get fit, individualized body
composition measurement and analysis, customized nutrition planning and
guidance, frequent free workouts, and the one-on-one attention of nationally
certified and credentialed personal trainers for every client!
