Located at three locations in Georgetown, Bodyworx Fit Camps are group sessions of workouts designed to rev up your fat-burning, drop stubborn pounds, decrease overall body fat, and create lean, sexy muscle! 


In an efficient
30-minute workout, you will be given a workout that will leave you energized and burning fat for the next 8 hours!  This is by far the best way to maximize your time while improving your overall fitness and health. 

All Bodyworx Fit Camp members benefit from *unlimited* access to Fit Camp sessions at any of the camp locations and times each week...which gives you great flexibility and
NO EXCUSES for meeting your fitness goals and attaining the body of your dreams!

Monday-Wednesday-Friday  5:30am - 6:00am at Kidsport  (2524 Shell Rd., Georgetown)

Tuesday-Thursday  7:00pm - 7:30pm at Grace Bible Church

Each Fit Camp session is 30 minutes long...but do come at least five minutes early to warm up!

Bring a towel, a bottle of water, a yoga/exercise mat and a pair of hand-held weights (3-5 lbs for women, 8 lbs for men)

Fit Camp runs continuously...there are no session start or stop dates.  There are occasional "off-weeks" built into the schedule, usually around major school holidays.  Please review the schedule to determine off-weeks for this year.  *All campers are supplied with video workouts on scheduled off-weeks, so you will never miss a workout again!*

Gold Level (*Best Value*)

Includes:

  •  *Unlimited* attendance at any Fit Camp sessions (any location, any timeslot, 5x/week)
  • Baseline and ongoing mid-point assessments (body fat, circumference measures, photos)
  • Nutritional analysis and monthly guidance ($210 value)
  • Customized nutritional plan and individualized nutrition coaching ($599 value)
  • One hour personal coaching session each month with Melanie ($960 value)

Includes:

Bronze Level

Includes: 

  • Designated Fit Camp sessions (same time slot, 3x/week)
  • Baseline and periodic assessments (body fat, circumference measures, photos)

If you are new to Bodyworx Fit Camp, please plan on coming to camp a few minutes early to complete required paperwork, and bring your credit card method of payment with you to your first Fit Camp session.
